## How to request support

Use the support form at https://www.worthi.app/support. The form asks for a name, email address, and message. Submitted requests are saved so the worthi team can follow up by email.

The support form is appropriate for:

- Account access or sign-in help.
- Billing or purchase-access questions.
- Dashboard and product questions.
- Privacy requests.
- Requests to access, correct, export, or delete personal information.

Do not include passwords, session tokens, encryption keys, payment-card numbers, or other secrets in a support message.

The support page is the canonical contact path; the authenticated product APIs are not public support or agent endpoints.
